Role: Senior Project Manager

Location: Remote US-Based

Essential Functions:

• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including objectives, deliverables, timelines, and success criteria, in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

• Facilitate decision-making and problem-solving strategies, supporting team members and stakeholders as needed to overcome project challenges.

• Conduct scenario planning and contribute to business case development for projects within the PMO to ensure alignment with organizational goals.

• Maintain consistent meeting management and communication protocols, fostering effective collaboration and alignment among stakeholders.

• Identify project objectives and milestones, track progress, and provide regular updates to stakeholders to ensure transparency and accountability.

• Assist in developing and refining project management processes within the PMO to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

• Collaborate with global teams on improvement initiatives and cross-functional projects to drive continuous improvement and innovation.

• Champion cross-functional collaboration to ensure strategic decision-making and successful project outcomes.

• Drive communication and build strong relationships with cross-functional partners to foster a collaborative and supportive work environment.

• Utilize negotiation tactics to find business-critical solutions in a timely manner and mitigate project risks effectively.

• Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and the ability to design, structure, and lead projects to successful completion.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Minimum of five to seven (5-7) years of relevant industry experience in project management or related fields
  • Knowledge of project management related software/tools.
  • Proficiency in project management practices and tools
  • Relevant project management certifications
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams


The U.S. target annual salary range for this remote, full-time, position is currently set at $152,000 - $169,000. The actual base salary offered for this role will vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, market factors, experience and considering internal equity. In addition, to the base salary, CG Oncology offers a very attractive set of Total Rewards (including bonus and equity) and Well-Being Benefits provided as part of the overall compensation package for this role.
